Network Operating Center (NOC)

Call Center to handle its helpline services both for international text messaging and voice mail.
Data and Communication Center to manage all information to support OFW 911 helpline and programs.
Studios for television, radio, and other multimedia programs for OFW's.
Fully equipped training centers for prospective OFWs and retooling of returning workers.
Entrepreneurship School
Continuing education facilities by way of distance learning.
Offices for various support groups like legal, medical, family counseling, education, youth and spouses education.
Fellowship, orientation and training area for OFW 911 volunteers.

OFW 911 Radio Program

A one-hour radio program in national and international radio design for the OFWs abroad and their families. It will be a venue where we can discuss current OFW cases that need immediate action. It will act as a fast responding helpline. It shall have a strong linkage system with the local stations all over the country.

OFW 911 Television Program

The OFW 911 television program is a daily 30-minute program in a television station that will feature success stories of OFWs. It will be a venue for airing requests, help and well wishes. It is a program, which hopes to have help, legal, information, and education desk to help assured the OFWs well-being and their family's security that they have an institution that will bring them to other institutions that they need services from. It shall be a one stop venue with a strong communication system to be able to respond to their needs.

OFW's Pre-departure Orientation Videos

The OFW Pre-departure orientation videos are information kits that include video information materials and tips on how to get along with the people of the country of destination who have a different culture. This materials will be needed prior their departure. It will likewise carry a video material on the Philippines and discussion of Filipino values with the future employer as the target audience. This video will have instill pride and belonging among our OFWs. These video materials will at the same time develop more understanding between employer and employee. It shall facilitate the introduction of our OFWs to the culture that they will live in without sacrificing their "Filipinoness".
